Having worked in or around almost every discipline in the marketing and advertising industry, we can confidently say that while there will always be merit in updating something, or doing something in greater volumes or with higher frequency, nothing quite matches the strategic insight gained from building a comprehensive picture of the whole of your organisation - from both the inside out (your systems, processes and teams), and the outside in (what you're like from the perspective of your users).
