Problem reframing

01. Reframe

We start by challenging the brief, not accepting it. Using a 10× mindset, we reframe the problem to explore what radically better could look like, not just incrementally improved. This stage combines strategic questioning, horizon scanning and AI-assisted insight to surface opportunities worth pursuing.

02. Sprint

We run tightly scoped innovation sprints to explore each opportunity. Working in short, high-energy cycles, we bring together people, data and emerging technology to generate ideas, test assumptions and explore multiple directions quickly, without committing too early or over-engineering solutions before their value is clear.

03. Prototype

Ideas only matter once they exist. We rapidly prototype concepts using the latest tools and AI technologies, from low-fidelity journeys to working MVPs. Prototypes are designed to be tested, broken and improved in real conditions, helping teams learn quickly, build confidence in decisions and reduce risk before scaling.

04. Prove

We test prototypes with real users, teams and stakeholders, combining qualitative feedback with meaningful performance signals. AI is used to accelerate learning, surface patterns and simulate scale, but people remain at the centre of decision-making, ensuring insight is interpreted with context, judgement and real-world understanding.

05. Scale

Once proven, we focus on embedding and scaling. This includes defining clear roadmaps, integrating with existing systems, enabling teams and establishing governance so innovation becomes repeatable, not a one-off initiative. The goal is sustainable progress over time, not perpetual experimentation.
